About Brand Radisson Red Hotel
The project will be a contemporary Radisson branded hotel, “Red”. It will be a limited service hotel within close proximity to the Airport that is built upon a futuristic concept based on the millennial trend of app dependencies. The hotel experience will be revolutionized via app bookings, check in, ordering of services.
The hotel will feature 155 guest rooms. The entire structure will sit on a 1.1-acre parcel and will have 80,000 square feet of construction. In addition to the hotel lobby, it will feature on the main level a restaurant, lounge area, fitness center, 3 flexible event/meeting rooms, as well as an outdoor pool. One of the design highlights of the hotel will be its rooftop deck bar that will be a centric gathering place providing views of the pool below and the adjacent Miami River.
